This new season of Archer...is frustrating.

It’s fine. It’s just not twisted enough for it to feel truly Archer.

I think it will take repeat viewing of each episode (I belive their will only be 8 of them this season and each season going forward) a while after this season is complete for me to appreciate this.

...Figgis as a crooked detective...please....

I mean it’s non-canon kinda, so I don’t worry too much about it. I kinda like it, you get to see the same personalities in different roles...Pam as a sexually ambiguous police sergeant is plenty funny to me.

Is this 7 or 8? I feel like I’ve seen 7 already on some sketchy website I’ve had bookmarked for like 5 years, that somehow has never given my computer a virus, yet always has new Archer and I’m sure lots of other stuff, but I’m only in it for the Archer. One of my favorite shows, period.

Haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, but after the ending of Season 7, I’m thinking this “dreamland” is Archer in a coma. Unless they already explained it.....I’ll have to watch.
